Krystal is a psychologist who works with adult clients seeking support for a range of mental health and wellbeing concerns. She is dedicated to providing high‑quality, evidence‑based psychological care and is committed to fostering a therapeutic environment that is respectful, collaborative, and oriented toward meaningful and sustainable change.
Krystal has experience supporting individuals presenting with anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, stress, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, and challenges associated with significant life transitions. She is attentive to the complexity of each client’s circumstances and strives to deliver treatment that is both clinically informed and responsive to individual needs.
Krystal has a particular interest in perinatal psychology, where she supports women experiencing mental health concerns during and post pregnancy, women who are seeking intervention due to fertility issues, and women who have experienced pregnancy loss.
With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Krystal is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and also incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy in her clinical work. She utilises these frameworks to assist clients in developing insight into longstanding patterns, enhancing emotional regulation, and strengthening coping capacities. Her approach emphasises psychological flexibility, values‑based action, and the development of practical strategies to support improved mental health and overall wellbeing.
Krystal considers it a privilege to support clients as they work toward their therapeutic goals. Krystal provides service to clients under the Medicare system when the client has a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from their GP.
